ATLANTA LOCATION GUIDE
Before You Pick a Location
- Overall Style – Think about the look you love most. Do you picture open fields, tall grass, wildflowers, mountain views, or an urban setting?
- Sunlight – Beautiful light is everything. Some locations photograph best at sunrise, while others truly shine at sunset. I may suggest moving your session time around a little depending on the location you select!
- Season – Every location changes throughout the year. Some are lush and green in summer, while others are at their best during fall color or spring blooms.
- Accessibility – Consider walking distance, uneven terrain, stairs, or whether grandparents or young children will be joining us.
- Your Outfit Palette – Some locations pair better with certain colors and styles. I'll happily help you coordinate outfits that complement your chosen setting.
- Permits & Fees – A few locations require travel fees and/or photography permits or entrance fees. I do my best to keep fees updated on this page, but they are subject to change.

Little Mulberry Park
Fence Rd, AUburn
Featuring long grasses and open fields, this location is my go-to spot no matter the season! This location offers something for everyone- including fields right off the parking lot- making it an easy option for grandparents.
Vanns Tavern Park
Vanns Tavern rd, gainseville
This location is *muah* -chef's kiss! It features sandy beaches, stunning orange cliffs, a large tree & a grassy hillside. This is the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a lake session- especially if you want the best of both worlds with some photos in the tall grasses!

FAQ
What happens if we need extra time?
If you think you may need extra time for your newborn session, please let me know in advance so I can try to adjust my schedule accordingly. Additional time does incur a fee of $100 per 30 minutes. I understand that it’s not always possible to know ahead of time, but if extra time is needed without prior notice, it will be at my discretion whether I can accommodate it and fees will still apply.
Can extended family members join our Newborn session?
Absolutely! Please let me know ahead of time if extended family will be joining, as there is an additional fee for larger groups and I like to plan accordingly. Please ask that they do not pull out phones to take their own photos. This can be distracting, make me miss shots and take away from the time you are paying for.
I do ask that guests not come just to watch the session, as extra people can be distracting and take away from the experience.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Newborn sessions are always back to you in 4 weeks and as long as my schedule allows, I do try to get you some sneak peeks within 48 hours.
What if my baby is fussy?
No worries! I adapt to your baby’s needs and schedule. Whether they’re yawning, snuggling, or wide awake, I’ll capture the genuine, beautiful moments that tell your newborn’s story. Remember- I do this all of the time and MOST newborns are fussy. Please remember to take deep breaths and let me work my magic!
Will you wrap our baby?
Absolutely! I have a variety of swaddles to choose from, as well as a mini bassinet for solo shots. Just let me know ahead of time if you’d like swaddled images- there’s no additional fee, but I’ll need to bring the props with me.
